Located between Downtown Chofu and Fuda Station (a 5-minute-walk from Chofu Sta.).
We provide medical treatments for pediatric care, baby's checkups, vaccination, and other medical consultation.

Monday,Thursday: 9:00am - 12:30pm / 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Friday: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Closed on Wednesday and Sunday

Monday-Tuesday: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Thursday-Friday: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Hours of Baby Health Checkup (any age group)
Monday-Tuesday: 3:00pm - 3:15pm
Thursday-Friday: 3:00pm - 3:15pm
Appointments
Basically, all patients are seen by appointment. If you are a first-time patient, please make an appointment before 5:00pm, so we can prepare priority response for physical exam. On Saturdays, we accept appointment calls until 11:00am.
